When should I receive my renewal documents?

We will endeavour to send these to you 21 days prior to your renewal date.

When will you contact me to renew my policy?

We will contact you 19 days prior to your renewal date and answer any queries you may have.

What if I need to claim?

Your insurers claim details can be found on your documentation. If you have misplaced these, your account manager can locate them for you.

What if I haven’t received my documents from you?

Some clients may find that the documents we send you by email could be redirected to your spam folder. Please check this prior to calling us, where your account manager will be happy to help you.
