We aim to make our Web site as accessible as possible to all our users. We are committed to adhere to the principles of the DDA (Disability Discrimination Act) as closely as possible.

Our Web site was built in such a way that it was also accessible to assistive technologies like Screen Readers, TDD/TTY etc. If the format of any of the content on this site impairs your ability to access any of the information, please contact us with the full nature of the issue, plus the web address of the page/pages & your contact information.

With our continued development and future planning for the site we support all modern browsers:

  • Firefox 4 and later
  • The latest version of Chrome
  • Internet Explorer 7 and later
  • Safari 4.x and later

We also move with them as they develop. As a result, our site will continue to embrace new technologies to improve our users experience.

Text resizing

Our site has been built to be as flexible as possible. Those with visual impairments using browsers that only support text resize and not zoom, can increase the text without breaking the design.

The site can be viewed on any Smartphone/iPhone or Tablet/iPad with internet access. Whether we have decided to develop a dedicated Mobile version depends on our current policy on Mobile effectiveness in our industry. We use a technique called responsive design which uses the same principles as Google now recommends.

In every possible instance, we aim to at least meet WCAG 2.0 AA for the content on our Web site. There is a lot of overlap between these and Web Standards, which we also strictly adhere to as much as we can.
